Paying with ACH bank transfers is nearly as convenient as paying with a credit card and a lot of easier than paying with a check. It also sidesteps credit card fees, which we would rather put those resources to good use - for your company!

Here's how to pay your invoice using ACH...

When you click on your invoice link, it will look something like this:

Instead of filling in your credit card details, you just fill in your bank account information instead. Here are some helpful pointers as you complete this form.

Account type

More often than not you will choose "Business checking" from the drop down but you can also pay with a business savings account as well.

Routing number

Your routing number identifies the location where your account was opened. It's also referred to as an RTN, a routing transit number or an ABA routing number.

You can find your checking account routing number by looking on the lower left of a check, often by logging into your bank account online, and checking with your bank's customer service department.

Account number

This is the number just to the right of the routing number on a check and is on a number of other bank documents and when you log into your bank's online portal.

Account holder's name

Is the person / entity whose name is on a bank account. This is most often the legal name of your business. If you are unsure, your bank's customer service team can help you out.

Lastly, consider checking "Save payment method to pay faster next time." If you have an account set up with Quickbooks, it just takes a couple seconds to pay an invoice with ACH.
